Are you guys successfully getting sweet helmets locally??

They make incredible kayaking helmets too!

How much coverage does the shin guard part cover?

Way too bulky to be practical. Good coverage though.

Can't judge properly as I haven't seen them in person, but from the looks of them (and from the intended use) they're for dirt bikes and are made to be worn withboots, so they probably don't come down the shin as far as MTB specific ones do.

According to the site they can be used for MTB. Tried them on last weekend and they are pretty bulky. Will restrict pedaling a lot and will catch on the frame a bit. Won't recommend them...

I've just gotten a special order in with Dragons for a pair of these (they haven't imported any up until now). If anyone else if looking for a pair, I'd suggest you get your LBS to call Dragons.

I nearly got my brother to bring a pair of these with him from the UK a few years ago... Got the Mavic red/black trail shoe instead.

I've just checked and you can get them in Les Gets. As luck would have it I'll be in Les gets in a 43 sleeps time.

Not yet with no news on expected available date. CRC date has been pushed back several times until it was taken down completely early May

Any one know where I can buy Fox Blitz shorts (not red ones, black or blue or yellow ones can work) locally?

Eyewear?

Currently using some old Oakley Gas Cans, but they can get fogged up quite quickly in rainy & cold conditions. Didn't wore them on the Karkloof Enduro because of potential mud damage and suffered big time with dirt in the eyeballs. I see some guys go with goggles - makes sense. What do you prefer?
