Do anyone know about the guy that took a serious fall on vasbyt over the weekend?

He is in a real bad way and chances are that he wont again.

Yes. I won't post he's name. He fell and paralized from chest down.

 

He's about mid 20's. Very very sad. This the message i got.

 

his parents were called in then his dad broke the news. Paralysed from the chest down. He can still use his arms though.

 

He's in critical condition, his vertebrae seperated from his spine and broke in 2 pieces and damaged the nervs.. There's a slim chance that he might be able to walk again.. At the moment he cnt feel anything from his chest down.

Yeah. Paralysed from chest down, 10% chance of walking again.

 

He wasn't on Vasbyt though. He was riding into the quarry and his head hit a rock after he went otb.

It is never nice to hear stories like this, but is part of our sport, is it not, and we all go into a ride, not knowing what might happen.

 

I pray he recovers quickly, and that the 10% possibility turns into a 100% DID!

Shame, thats terrible..... wishing him all the best and I believe nobody can put a % on the will of a human being. Sometimes its possible to overcome. I pray this will be the case here. Strongs for the recovery process!
