Wayne pudding Mol Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 The 912 is so specialI pretty much swapped it for a house (semi uninhabitable) with 3 hectares of land I had an 84 3.2 carrera at the same time (to me the ultimate user friendly and best 911) which I sold to build our house I've had a few but there was a period where they really weren't sought after and genuinely affordable - that changed and I have a nice little home and no Porsches. I do miss them and even though there are only 3 of us, we can't live in a 911 (maybe I could/would) Life has changed, no complaints, I had a few at the right time in my life splat and gummibear 2

Long Wheel Base Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 Slightly off topic but you hardly see an Opel on the roads these days, and I wonder why. They were quite a popular car brand in SA at one stage. My first, and second car was an Opel and I enjoyed them.GM pulled out of SA a few years ago. Only Isuzu remains but under private company afaik.

What replaced it was the scariest car I ever sat in. His white lancer evo 9. a 650Hp unhinged animal. awesome cars though. Long Wheel Base 1

He hardly drives it bar a few track days here and there. He used to have a CBR track bike that he would alternate on the track but he sold that so now can drive the evo more. I sent him the pic of these 2 and he says he has seen them before but they never had the stickers last time he saw them. MORNE 1
