My Thoughts exactly. Surely in an accident when someone has been injured, you may not move the vehicles, and the people involved need to be there until the police say they can leave ?

I hope this b!tc% gets what she deserves..................I really do.

Whoa Fella, calm down. Read the entire fred, maybe you will change your mind about her.

wow i hope your wife never skips a robot,,,you must be part of the hub who never ever does anything wrong,,the hub is so BLESSED to have so many angels,,,,everyone has had a "blonde"moment of split second mistakes that they sit back and go DAM WHAT WAS I THINKING, everyone must get off there high horses,,sometimes mistakes cause serious consequence and its sad when it happens, do you know how many hubbers i have had 2 beers with after a ride, who are the first to want to hang a driver for being "drunk" after there is a accident, (when they are also drinking and driving)

i wonder if you going to want some serb to come track your wife down if she skips that robot????

i am not saying what happened is not tragic and i want answers also but why does everyone always jump on the HANG EM HIGH when something happens,,,YOU ARE LYING IF YOU SAY YOU HAVE NEVER GONE THROUGH A RED ROBOT

My wife has skipped a stop street and got t-boned by a taxi and it was her fault. she got what she deserved. My statement was made under the impression she drove off without assisting the rider she injured. I know we all make mistakes, I make many but i will stand and take the consequences of them. Under the impression of her driving off, I said she should get what she deserves whatever that may be, a bag of jelly beans/ a hefty fine. My feeling is that too many people try to get away with their errors.

Jason one would assume that the police did take the ladies statement at the accidenct scene. Maybe they did and she was under the ompression that there is no need to go to SAPS again. Glad its sorted though!!

See hallo vir Koos Langgat!!

I was involved in a car accident in 1999 here in Pretoria. Metro Police was on the scene. I was not required to go to the SAPS as it was already reported to the metro police who were at the scene. All I had to do was phone 24 hours later to get the SAPS case number from the police which I did. I am sure things still work in the same way.

Does anybody have an update on Koos?

Any improvements? I really hope so!

He upgraded my bike (fork, stem, handlebars) for the Jock Classic.

Very pleasant and help full person.

Prayers to him and his family.

It such a bad bad terrible thing to happen to a person and their families !!

(... and I talk from direct past (very recent) experience with my son...)

Ok guys,I visited Koos @ 11 am, I must admit,he looks beeter each day, but he is still ventilated but his lung function is improving to the point that they are reducing the sedation and his eyes do flutter when I call him.....and his heart beat goes up when Theresa kisses him! They most serious bit now is the op to pin and plate his leg, and he will need a skin graft but the Dr is trying to postpone this as long as possible as this will knock Koos's already fragile system! But for me there is a massive improvement from last week, oh and they IV feeding him too............ I think the Big Lad is gonna pull through...!! He really had us worried last week, but as the Dr said,we not outa the woods yet!
