What will happen if one start in an earlier group than allocated? There is no mention and disclaimer on the website for the race for victory that one will be disqualified if you do not start in your allocated group.

They also stuff up my seeding. I normally start in AL but they seeded me in GL??????? I managed to get it up to EL but still it is not where I normally ride.

I also asked them to pussh me up to AL but they told me some BS story. Two week ago I started in my normal group for Dome 2 Dome after nearly 6 months of no racing so why now suddenly? I did do races at the start of the year so their story of I have not done enough race for the year is a load of BS!

I have already contacted RaceTec as well and informed them that they messed up with my seeding for the race but they have not yet responded to the mail that I have sent in which I also inform them that I want to start in the AL bunch and will do so.

Please, can anyone please shed some light on the situation for me and how I can get this remedied without stepping on people toes!

regards

They penalize you the difference in time from the group you started in to the group you were meant to start in.

Some minor threatening clouds, with some thunder blowing over the souf.

Think they change the name of the race to Mudfest if it rains..

Definitely Racetec timing, the old winning time yellow chips?

Racetec guys were at the reg, and they checked my old yellow winning timing chip (which still works)

So I assume it's Racetec

Hence my confusion G, the website also states Racetec on the entry form and another page ... Ah well I go wif my racetec, hope it's OK!

TIMING CHIPS

RACETEC and the CSA officials have stressed that it is imperative that all racing cyclists must wear their own personal timing chips( this includes the Professional cyclists at the front of the event). The ruling No Chip, No Prize , No time will strictly be enforced.
