Okay - I must share this great service from Naas at Evobikes here in CT. I recently (as in yesterday) bought a few goodies from him. X9 type 2 RD, X7 right hand shifter, an 11-36 cassette and a 10 speed chain.

 

I needed to place a special request to only buy a single shifter, as I only run a single ring up front and don't need a front shifter, so he accommodated me there by splitting a set he had at the warehouse.

 

In addition to being the cheapest by a small margin (as well as cheaper than the international providers once VAT & shipping was included) he matched the price that Buycycle had the X9 RD for, and has just hand delivered the parts with me only paying for them this morning via EFT.

 

Small touches, but great service - as service should be, in other words. He now has a new client (if I ever need anything else, that is)

Also agree. A while back I needed some tyres and although it was after hours Naas said that I could collect it as he was still on the premises. Excellent service!

I've dealt with Evo (Naas & Janos), happy to deal with them again, they are a regular site i check if i need stuff, even more than the Int stores now.

Always had great service from Naas.Problem i've had with buycycle is more the courier service they use and stock levels not been kept up to date.
