Ice and Methyalate applied shortly after photo was taken. Least fun of all was taking the new pot scourer and savlon soap to the raw areas until all grit was gone. Heal up soon. I used the only brush I had. I tried a facecloth but bits and pieces wouldn't budge I put some Opsite (?) plaster on to try and keep it from leaking through my pant. It remains very swollen and I am not finding a comfortable position to sleep in. So far I have not had much obvious sympathy from my wife....
