Garmin tels me my dismount this morning was at 36.2 kph.

Can't walk up steps yet, so it appears that I'll be having a lie in on Sunday :cursing:

Happened this morning, lost it on some loose stuff in a corner.

Ice and Methyalate applied shortly after photo was taken. Least fun of all was taking the new pot scourer and savlon soap to the raw areas until all grit was gone.

looks like fun - get a nice soft scrubbing brush for next time - better than a scourer - stick a layer of plastic skin on and enjoy watching on suunday.

Heal up soon.

I used the only brush I had. I tried a facecloth but bits and pieces wouldn't budge :cursing:

I put some Opsite (?) plaster on to try and keep it from leaking through my pant. It remains very swollen and I am not finding a comfortable position to sleep in.

So far I have not had much obvious sympathy from my wife....
