Surv0MTB Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Yeah not convinced by these. You cant really have a design like that which flex's much otherwise itll end up rolling over itself all the time. So they made it super hard. Cant imagine the ride being anywhere close to comfy.. check how easy he was taking it over the rough stuff. Full on rigid tyre pretty much, may as well be riding a hardtail.
Pappa Bear Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Rubbish sine it isn't practical due to the following:1. If mud or rocks get stuck in the tires you ARE going to feel it.2. That wheel will splash water like a fountain if you cross a stream3. Not adjustable to rider weight or terrain - you can see there is 0 deflection in the tires when this guy rides it, so it hasn't even been setup correct for him4. Price??? Bet you it will be more than a normal tire and tube
