You sound like our wonderful politicians - only wanting to hear good news ('patriotic news') . On that note, I decided to check the New Age newspaper's weather forecast. Don't know what to make of it - it's just blank. Have they deleted the weather because it's all bad news? Hope not .

Paul Ruinaard Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 To what Bar ?Depends on tires, weights etc. So if you take half a bar off of the normal pressure, assuming you are on 23mm tires and not over 100kg like me, and you were at between 7 to 8 bar to start then go down by half a bar. Better traction, smoother ride.

Paul Ruinaard Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 I'm using MTB rims with half slicksHmm - what bars do you go to normally for them - I would assume about 3,5 to 4? Maybe a little less but with half slick you still have a lot of grip compared to road tires at 7 to 8 bars.
LongDonkey Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Give yourself at least an hour to get from car to pens (absorb the vibe etc). add 15 mins for bike prep. Add 10 mins for parking. add 10 mins for queue on road. Time gets lost everywhere. Take 30 mins off this if you riding with elites and VA batch.... Should be no queues when these guys go off.
