You get someone who want to buy a trainer. Then you get the people who know they need a trainer and then you get people who really want to train in the winter.you can spend R 250 or R50000 if you don't use its a waist of money its not the trainer.

Bushido here too - happy and works well. I find I use TrainerRoad most though, so if I was buying again I'd either go upscale to a KICKR, or downscale to a solid but more basic IDT. Maybe even rollers for the comedy value

+1 on Kickr, I use it with trainer road sw ,although you can use virtual trainer if you want to.

Tacx locks you into their software.

It was between cycleops and Wahoo for me, clincher was that I liked the idea of being able to install bike on trainer without a rear wheel. (no special tyres or Tyre wear)

Good topic. I was set on getting a Tacx - for the multiplayer, google etc. But reading this topic and http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2013/10/2013-trainer-recommendations.html# - I am considering the KICKR.

BTW - I have an older Flow currently (t1680) but the head unit is faulty. Anyone know if I can buy something like this (http://www.futurumshop.nl/tacx-upgrade-i-flow-t1925.phtml) and then have the same functionality as a Bushido?
