Stretch Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Don't you think he took it allot more easier then you and waited, maybe he didn't want to hurt your feelings? BTW how tall are you? 6ft - and yes he was able to take it easier on the long open sections - thats where we worked out the ten minutes would have come in
nathrix Posted June 2, 2014 Author Posted June 2, 2014 You most probably find it's the same suckers who fell for the 29ers !! Could be, or perhaps the majority are just a bit slow to catch on to the new and better things in life...again just my worthless 10 zim cents opinion.
nathrix Posted June 2, 2014 Author Posted June 2, 2014 6ft - and yes he was able to take it much easier then he would admit on the long open sections - thats where we worked out the ten minutes would have come in Fixed. See, we're almost on the same wave length

Wyatt Earp Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Personally I would love to end up with 29'er plus.

NickGM Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Was it on a wide open fire roads, district roads and jeep track for 130kms with no corners while using rubber that is closer to road racing slicks than off road tyres and dressed in lycra? I have recently returned home after really getting into the MTB scene in the UK: I'm deeply troubled by the amount of lycra being worn. I'm filled with dread each time somebody from work says "hey, you like mountain biking? I do too... lets go for a ride!" Noooo, 100kms of jeeptrack! I don't own a garmin so I can't tell if my heartrate was 0.2bpm slower this week. I'm not on the Tim Noakes diet. I don't know who the crap half of these swiss riders are that won the epic once or something. And worst of all, nobody seems to know who Steve Peat is.....he who did more for downhill biking than osama bin laden did for terrorism.
