Hey Hubbers

I have always received great service from CWC and I also appreciate how active they are on the hub. I know it is another channel for them to sell their products, but I think we can all agree that they do much more than just that and this often enables hubbers to get what they want first and at a great price!

I have been trying to think of a way for us as cyclists but mainly as Hubbers to thank them. The one idea was to setup a fund where all the hubbers that wanted to could put in say R50 into a fund and at the end we could get something for the shop. It doesn't have to be big, more of a gesture.

It could be a fixed object for example but I was leaning towards getting them 10 large pizzas and a case of crafty beers and dropping it off on a Friday afternoon.

Just an idea, feel free to suggest others.

Obviously someone would have to play bank, I can't remember which thread I read it in but some hubber was mentioned as having previously been a good option, maybe them?

Cheers

Woolworths are great to me, their nice bright shop with lots of nice things in, & they're always happy to relieve me of all my surplus and not-so-surplus cash, making me wait in a queue for 20 mins so I'm really sure i want to give them my money.

I'm going to send flowers, maybe I'll buy them from Woolworths because then they can benefit twice.

Well it's not everyday that you get to say that you've seen it all. On this site you never can say that. Astounding really. Buying a retailer a gift because you are happy with your purchase and their service....

When last did you drop off a pizza at your local supermarket because you were happy with the Milo they had on special and that the stock levels were really good? Not to mention the donations that they made to your local school and them being active in the community?
