Bought some Maxxis Advantage 26x2.3 at a bike shop near me, just ask your LBS they must order you tyres.

How about the Ardent Race at 720g. Tougher than the Ikons and better grip than the Crossmaks?

been using ardent front, ikon back for about 6 months now.

awesome combo.

And my laaitie says they corner crap on the front but he rides a lot harder than me :ph34r:

 

Sensible chap that laaitie. Absolute crap on the front. If you think they're awesome, you're not going around corners fast enough. Actually, absolute crappest tyres I've ever ridden, full stop. Worst puncture protection, thin carcass, hardly any canvass in the sidewalls. Just crap.

Maxxis MTB 26inch tyres locally? 2.35 or bigger? is this possible... at decent prices?

Anybody know where I can find ardent 29ers in 2.4? I would like to run full ardent. 2.25 back and 2.4 front.
