If someone had told me ratboy for the overall at the beginning of the year I'd have laughed in their face. And let's not forget he had a mechanical in PMB. If it wasn't for that he could have had this thing wrapped up by now.

 

great turnaround. Peaty can retire now. He's handed over his crown.

 

I said it after merica... While he is still partying hard... this year he has been working hard.. His fitness is up.. But most of all he is looking smooth... The lines he is taking are sublime. Apart from pmb he has podiumed every event... Unless I missed another one that he did not?

That is terrible news. Apparently she over cooked one of the wooden A-frame track crossing things and went OTB. I don't even want to think about the head/neck injuries that could have been possible.

In the meantime. . NINO is wacking the course.. as usual absalon having to work very hard on the climbs to get the gap down and then nino just increases his lead again on the downhills.. very technical course that. Currently gap is 27sec.
