Glad there's no physical damage.

 

You need to talk to someone, even if it's just someone from the school: you need some form of closure. It sounds like a tired cliche, but like most cliches there is a great deal of truth in it.

Keep going man. Just get on the horse again. Pick the quietest road you can at first!You will suffer far worse waiting for the heart attack and getting fat from disabling diseases etc.Try mtb too!

Just have to fix my MTB. Bought all the stuff as I broke a valve on the front wheel.

Think the MTB will be more fun as well at this stage. Just a lot more work with all the gears and shifters...

Single Speed mtb! You're welcome :-)

 

MTBs are far better commuter bikes - they might be a little slower but you have the options of riding on the verge, taking pedestrian paths through velds, hopping on and off pavements, not worrying about potholes, jumping speed bumps etc.

ss make the best commuters, my problem is my commuter partner rides a SS and i cant keep up on a geared bike :cursing: so i am "forced" to ride geared to try keep up :blush:
