Thug Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I phoned the JIMC this morning and after holding on for 15 minutes some dude answered the phone. Gave him my tracking number and asked if the envelope had arrived yet. His reply "No, it's not in the country yet". I asked if it was possible that it's lying in a heap waiting to be booked in, "I don't know"! Bunch of helpful thieving sods!Â
Natural Defender Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Bought a frame, wheel-set and handle bar from Aliexpress in early September. Declared a dispute. Agreed with the seller to extend the buyer protection. This period has ended so I have escalated the dispute. The dispute time ends tomorrow, so will be keen to see if I get my money back or if they suggest any other action.  All that can be seen is the goods left Hong Kong and not been traced since.
JGR Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 My frame finally arrived!!!!! EMS tracker shows it still in JHB but I received a letter today saying it was at Cape Mail so took a drive and there it was! There were several boxes of bikes frames there. Lots from ICAN bikes
