Long Wheel Base Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 If you can turn a 56 chainring at full tilt like he does, you can attack whenever you like, I for one wont waste my time chasing you I believe some of our VA riders have upped to a 55T .Ill stick to my 54T. I do however run a 56 on my tandem but that's a different story all together.

What is the point of all the sprints as you come out of a corner? Man those hurt me! Guys in front carry more speed through the corner Guys in the bunch have to be a bit more careful through the corner and then have to accelerate out of the corner Just ride in front, no issues

Gaps must be bigger especially for such a fast race.I hope you're not going to complain about you start time for this coming Sunday - VC's start at 07:05 (a full 46 minutes after the Tandems start), but slot in at 21.5Km about 10 minutes after the Juniors have completed the extra loop (23Km).

Sadly missing the race again due to National MTB in Sabie.
