Cant wait!!!

All I ask for is a bit more light in the dark tunnels, a suprise drop off in the dark almost left me with a new unwanted paste in my bibs.

Please dont give crap medals this year, the bells were a cool idea.

No crap USN tinned drink either at the end, rather something decent. I'd suck on my sweaty buff before drinking that hondnaai.

Sorry, not to nitpick, but I believe chopping into the banks to get under the three roads you mention (Jan Smuts, Conrad and William Nicol) was done before the JUMA and I'm pretty sure by the Spruit Fairy, not JUMA builders.

The crossing under William Nicol the JUMA builders widened with a wooden construction but they also took it down after the race. They did build the scaffolding ramp down under Tana road, but that also was removed soon after the race.

If I am incorrect please disagree here.

A Spruit Fairy worked with JUMA. On both existing and new sections, the under bridge sections were there long before JUMA, although the concrete pillars at the river crossing near Pick n Pay on William Nicol was a result of JUMA.

Is the route still going down the slimy concrete storm water drains where a lot of folks fell?

Also was very dark. Maybe ride with lights on...

Me - I reckon i can ride them in a sinch but the chances of falling and having a cracked hip or femur are just too great - rather sit this one out if they are in.

I cant see on the route.

What USN?? We had Mitchells Milk & Honey last year......loads of it. Maybe we should ride a little slower this year to reduce the drinking time  :whistling:

As long as you know how to drink beer afterwards, all is fine...
