_David_ Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 (edited) Anybody running PnP marathon on Sunday?  I'm running the 21km Edited February 7, 2017 by Dav/d
Andrew Steer Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 Anybody running PnP marathon on Sunday?I'm doing the half... good luck for the second lap. Was my first marathon back when I begun, I'd been running for just a couple of weeks so you might find a few parts of my soul still out there in the back end   Very well organised race, I'm sure you're going to klap it! What time splits you looking at? Any goals other than qualifying?
candz1 Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 aaarrgghh...im sooo upset..anyone got a quick fix for a groin strain?? Running the PMB half marathon in 10 days and was hoping for a good time to get a decent batching at OMTOM..

Don't buy that water-downed stuff at the pharmacy. go directly to a vet shop

Lexx Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 (edited) You got a photo of the one you get from the vet?Bought this exact same one from our local vet shop.I know the local Arnica "perdesalf" type stuff that the pharmacies sell say its the same. But if you open the real perde-salf bottle you will see the colour isn't the same and it has a much stronger arnica smell.. Edited February 8, 2017 by Lexx ScottCM 1

That will leave you some time in the bank for the second lap to walk a few hills etc as required. Good luck man, you won't forget your first one Lexx and Mr Winter 2
bleedToWin Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 +1 for true perde salf. Also, koei speen salf for chafing is better than anything cycling (or sport) specific that I have come across. It's hypo-allergenic and can't contain anything that would affect the milk taste or quality so no funky ingredients or smells. EmJayZA, Lexx and Andrew Steer 3

Tubehunter Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 (edited) I see this little group is turning into a bunch of animals eh!  Going to the vet.... We can only hope that all this 'perde salf' and 'koei salf' will turn us into wind-honde!
