Hacc Posted December 4, 2017 Share Thank you for all the cross training feedback. I have emailed the CrossFit studio and asked if they have a "two days" a week option. Going to be tough at the start. Looking forward to be as stiff as hell. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

SwissVan Posted December 5, 2017 Share Seeing the new shoes in the post above ... How often do all of you replace your shoes? How many km’s do you get out of them?I don’t pay attention to the actual km’s.... my feet usualy let me know when I need new shoes. I would guess it’s max 700 km....pretty low compared to some others I’ve seen here. My feet are tender and I have heavy legs so I tend to err on the cautious side when it comes to replacing running shoes. Ispeed_V
Chris_ Posted December 5, 2017 Share Same as Swiss, I go until they don't feel right anymore. My Hoka Cliftons got around 750 km's before the sole wore through on the heel, and they started rolling over a little on landing. I'm now trying the Claytons and I reckon they'll last half as long

Gringo111 Posted December 6, 2017 Share My 10 year old NB860 Vs the new improved V8 of the same shoeNice shoes those. I normally replace or phase out shoes at about 800-900km's. Just at a matter of interest, do any of you wear sun glasses when running races?
