As said just now: what is wrong with water?

With the kids we decided to develop their palate around unprocessed and unsweet foods. They are so far that they, by themselves, ask for water a birthday parties where the juice bottles are standing around :)... and they walk in the garden to pick rocket or parsley leaves to nibble on.

your children are goats?

well, perhaps this will inspire you... My menu today contains : Breakfast 1 x espresso (single) no sweetener1 x 150g yoghurt (homemade)1x scrambled egg Snack 1/2 cucumber  Lunch 1 x home cooked portion prawns1 x salad Afternoon snack other half of cucumber and 1 x grilled chicken breast I dont eat dinner

8-O

My breakfast so far was 2 cups coffee with maybe 1/2 teaspoon sugar total, 2 slices of bread ( stopping the sugar, bread, refined carbs from right now though), 20cm droewors, 3 eggs and 4 pork sausages. And I will happily eat more now.

So will I start eating less when I drop carbs totally?

Training 6-15 hrs/week.

1,89m, 79kg so I am not looking at weight loss, but sustained energy and less food cravings all the time.

Fish fornicate, #1 and #2 in it?

But besides that small hurdle it just gets boring after awhile

Drawing parallels between smoking and sugar is crazy.

I like sweet things - I also love bacon, rare beef, red wine, biltong and dark chocolate - it isn't a craving - it's that awesome feeling when your tongue gets smothered in one of it's favourite tastes.

"Sugar addiction" is a myth in my book.

If you can happily live without sugar then great.

Exactly, its a mind game to keep it all under control and in moderation

I'm a chocoholic or sweet thingyoholic and hardly a day goes by that I don't eat chocolate or cake or pastry....its essential for my happiness, but I know how to compensate for my happiness sins and have managed to maintain the same "skinny" weight  +/- 2 kilo's for the last 30 years.

Adults may have wine or beer every now and then...

But the fish fornication thing remains a big problem. Removing all water out of juice, coffee or beer will yield to quite a crunchy experience ;)

Still trying to catch up on all the posts ;) Nothing wrong with old H2daO. By boy enjoys it more in summer, but it's nice to have a break every now and then. If we were to give him juice would love to make it at home. Have tried making flavored rooibos ice tea with hot and miss success

Our kids love apple, carrot and beetroot juice. But it's always small amounts measured by today's standards (one glass max)

Stay that way and you will be richer.

Its an Uber kitchen appliance from Germany,  Jawohl.

And like all things German it does all things a little bit better and more efficiently than anything else. And saves you lots of time (Like I said German efficiency).

They are a bit new here but they are all over Germany, Italy and Australia etc.

If you watched any cooking show like master Chef etc you would have seen them being used.  They can make ice in to Sorbet, mill raw wheat in to flour, heat, steam, mill, grind, chop and it has a recipe book on a chip and a touch screen that makes it all idiot proof.

So you can get a handle on all your ingredients.

So......

Can I look for a meal on the app that I want for dinner, it will then tell me what ingredients to buy. Then when I am home, load the recipe into the machine, it will then tell me what to add to it and when, then the meal pops out the other side?
