talking about smoothies, I think I have to swipe and collect the 1 expiring today... without going to workout. it that a sin ???

I dont know what all the fuss is about, just strap your HR Belt to your dog for 30 minutes. My Italian Greyhound sleeps at 160 bpm. Bobs your smoothie

 

I only have pet rabbits at home....

I believe that specific model (Apple Watch) can change colour over time. Quite a unique feature.

3000 points this morning... too many shots of caffeine raising my HR. Eish probably 1200 next week if I'm still able to get on my bike

On full rest for the next 3 days before Durban 70.3 on Sunday, needed 100pts to reach my goal this week, so just popped in to the gym to collect a smoothie and the points needed and walked straight out :)
