Discovery Health - Vitality & Team Vitality plus everything else you need to know

You get 1 board play per 100 event free driving KM if you are using the insure app during the 10 week vitality open, after that if you wish to gain the extra plays through driving you need to be a discovery insure client and get the in vehicle tracker.

So basically some of us are getting up to 4 maybe even more spins per week, those of us that are not insure clients will drop back to a max of 2 per week.

How do you get 4 plays? Except if they short changed you for a week.

It's 1 for Fitness, 1 for driving and 1 for the bonus (this week it's a 5Km walk/run).

I thought it was 1 per 100km or is there a weekly cap at 100? I can just about make 100 if I go to work every day.

I didn't receive the 1500 points, so I've sent them a query about it, as I needed the 1500 for my Active Rewards. Was short by 100 points, but I thought it would have been credited before Wednesday.

Send them a mail complaining/explaining it was missed, as it is supposed to be done automatically.

And also 1 if 5 of your friends achieve their goals.

1 play per week for driving, no matter how many times you reach the 100km goal.

I do more than 100 km every day, only get one play for driving.

Which, if I'm correct, means you can drive well for one day a week and then drive however you want for the rest of the week...

Basically yes, if you are on the "open" app.

If you are on the normal insure app and have insurance with them, then you lose points, no matter if you reached your 100 km goal or not. Losing points means you get less cash back or even less back if you have the excess funder activated.

In the end it becomes habit to drive in a manner that satisfies their app and you drive your normal vehicles this way even if the app isn't working.

I always manually upload an outdoor event/race as do not trust the "supposed" automatic update of a race calendar event.

lesson learnt, I guess. Not that I need the points.

Yes, I forgot about the cash back/ excess funder. I think I generally drive better since using them for my insurance, although every now and then something creeps in that I can't seem to fix easily (telling me I accelerate harshly - which I'm not aware of and my car is nothing fancy, only goes from 0-100 in about 12 seconds if I try very hard).

it’s 100 consecutive (event-free) kilometers before the goal is complete, if it takes 1, 2, 3... 6, or 7 days to get there.

It used to be that way (with 4 friends), but changed long ago (when they changed to giving a reward for getting 3 goals in a row). I think it was only a once off bonus play challenge for the second week of the Discovery Open.

Now I'm even more confused.
