Not related to entry system but I hope the race organiser gets it right this year. Its always tricky to run multiple distance races on a shared course. They cocked it up last year but I see it's a new course for 2016 so perhaps it will be better.

Wannabe Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 This is really a nice race, nice route (especialy the bermed section), nice race village, nice cold beer at the end. If only my cycling budget was not depleted by the J2C.

For some R300 for a cycling event is too expensive but R1300 of grocery shopping is cheap, or a family dinner out at Spur for R500 is good value. Personally I have not come across an event that is too expensive. It is an investment in yourself and the community that hosts it.
