Not related to entry system but I hope the race organiser gets it right this year. Its always tricky to run multiple distance races on a shared course. For some R300 for a cycling event is too expensive but R1300 of grocery shopping is cheap, or a family dinner out at Spur for R500 is good value. Personally I have not come across an event that is too expensive. It is an investment in yourself and the community that hosts it. You can't really put a price on that.
