So we know its a silver CA reg with 6 digits, the 4th being a 4, Geely with what seems like an old man behind the wheel....That should be plenty to identify the dude if he gets spotted again..... Why not approach Entilini (the toll concession peeps) as they have cameras at the tollgate, as well as at the turnaround spot before the lookout. Alternatively, make a request to Hout Bay neighbourhood watch. On both instances, the time period should be pretty small worth looking into if even to make this twit squirm

Once again a case of catch him, let's moer him, let's harass him, let's lynch him, let's let's let's... All cases that are sure to end in misery for all cyclists involved, and at best a fine for the driver of the vehicle. Someone once told me that to let bitterness grab a foothold about another person, is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Rather just keep your eyes open on roads such as Chapman's, expecting the odd douche-bag to make an appearance.
