Bicycle Supply Chain Posted February 20, 2021 Share Previous owner has a steel frame for a workbench. As you can see quite out of square. So build a new wood frame and wood tops. Also did all my own drawers. geomark Posted February 25, 2021 Share Got talked into making some Adirondack chairs for the house, haven't done much woodwork for quite a few years and a bit rusty. Just getting the plans from A4 pdf's up to working plans took me back to digging out old drafting french curves and scale rules I hadn't used for years, was quite nice to go analogue again. If it has been treated previously I would go with raw but thinned down with terps. Raw linseed stays tacky longer but it will eventually dry or you could give it a good wipe with terps and a rag.
