There are two different forms for the kiddies event and the main events.

 

Edit: kiddies ride starts at 09:00, and entries can be done right up to the start time. It's an informal, and very basic event.

One of the best, if not THE best organised race on the calender! Deffinitely my favourite race here up north. Pity I cannot make it after the good news it has been moved to this time of the year. Will try my best to do it next year. My son will be there, but in a non-cycling capacity. He is one of the photographers doing the photo-finish.

How much will the late entry cost?

 

R250 – MTB (60Km)

R210 – MTB (30Km)

R 40 – MTB (6Km & 12Km)

R370 – Road (125Km)

R350 – Road (103Km)

R260 – Road (65Km)

Number Collection

 

Number collection points will be the following bike shops, on the dates listed below:

 

Wednesday, 02 November – Bicycle Company, Centurion (09:00 – 17:00);

Thursday, 03 November – Cyclelab Megastore, Fourways (09:00 – 17:00);

Friday, 04 November – Tour de Frans Cycles, Boksburg (09:00 – 17:00);

Saturday, 05 November – Carnival City (06:00 – 13:00).

 

 

Participants taking part in both the MTB and Road events can collect race numbers from Carnival City on Saturday morning (05 November) between 06:00 and 07:00, or at any of the venues above.

 

Gerald , on your post it says number collection at carnival city (06:00-13:00) , on the sms i received it says 06h00-14h00 . Can you confirm the time please .

14:00 is fine. I'll update the post and other references to it. Thanks for questioning it.

 

The MTB race finishes at 13:00, which is possibly why.

Did a ride past the Boksburg stadium this morning. There was a slight wind this morning. Probably max speed of 10 km\h

I popped into Cycle Lab to collect my race number this morning. Absolutely painless. Well done Gerald and your team.
