Maybe it can be a rock garden line with some features

I do like a nice feature in my rock garden.... Right enough of this, I'm loading the tranny in the back of my wagon and heading out there to see what all the fuss / excitement /disappointment is over at the Z. Clients can wait a bit today!

Cool

Awesome

Give me 18% to the skies all day, even sandy

But no table tops and gap goeters

#dirty_roadie

Don't feel bad. I don't see myself as a pure dirt roadie (been down the Cobra a good few times already, even when it was at it's gnarliest, without seeing my behind without a mirror) and I don't do those table tops and gap goeters, I just roll them. I feel a lot safer with my wheels on the ground.   :whistling:

this I don't understand. that's the type of technical riding that is a no risk learning (and fitness) curve.

maybe then a flight of steps so the hikers don't destroy the trail   Kudos if you can ride it on 160mm of travel (must have a serious granny!)

Nah. 34t at the front and a normal 11-42. Think I was in 2nd or 3rd though, which makes it a 34-36 or 34-32.

And it's easy. Just pedal like hell and carry on pedalling. If you fail, repeat until you get it right.

XT 11-42 with 32 Oval up front on 160mm fork and 140mm rear...no problems up the climb.

Will take the HT there this weekend with same gearing and see.

Okes need to man-up and try harder if you can't ride it...
