The only principle I kept reminding myself of, because it remains the only relevant thing in that course is : "Hy wat beweer moet bewys" Misrepresentation ? Now good luck with proving that.

If you have evidence of deliberate misrepresentation then the seller may well have a case to defend.

The banks are going to take the biggest hiding though (which is a good thing in my books).
