GavS Posted October 5, 2016 Share To be fair, I rode my training wheels for years, no problems, a re spoking once, then when the bike went in to insurance assessor, I get told the rims are a write off... I would have sold them as well used reliable wheels and in good faith. Sometimes you can ride something for years and not know it has a stress factor as does not affect you. I hear you, the LBS told me i could probably ride them for a little bit but that i was taking a risk. At 105kg, i wasnt prepared to take a chance. I have no issues with guys selling wheels like ones you mentioned but a bit of open disclosure in the advert goes a long way so that guys know what they are buying. Personally, my conscience didnt allow me to on sell them so they were relegated to the cupboard and might be used on an indoor trainer...one day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
