Scalpel Posted November 30, 2016 Share Question: my bike has just gone in for its first service. 1230km down. Was told they needed to replace the front wheel bearings, pivot and BB bearings. Is this normal? I've heard bearings can dry out while in shipment but this seems a little ridiculous. The bike itself is absolutely incredible, just hope all that awesomeness isn't coming the price of daintiness. Keen to hear the rest of your experiences. Have you ridden in wet conditions at all? droo Posted December 1, 2016 Share For those looking for extra range without increasing chainring size, have a look at the E-13 TRS+ 11sp cassette. It needs an XD driver, but you'll get a 9-46T range for your trouble, which is wider than Eagle. They're still on the water, but should be landing in the next week or so.
