I have a problem with CWC

ha ha..I ordered something dec 2nd. And was just checking now and it still says processing ???? Really wtf! Now I have to chase them AGAIN !

 

ANYONE HAVE A DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ME ?

Did the last OP who complained about CWC and warranty get he's wheels back? No good getting a free set of tyres when you still don't have the wheels...I can't sleep at night until I know :eek:

 

Was there a Black Friday warranty disclaimer this time :ph34r:

Hi all. Sorry if I wasn't clear from my side. They said they would replace it and give me some new Conti's and that happened on the day they said. That they did and gave me some brand new hoops and a set of GP4000's.

 

So it all worked out well and I am happy. In fairness it can all have happened quicker but when you read through the tread we all know that people make mistakes and this was handled well in the end so all I can say is that it ended well and I trust they learned from the experience.

 

Sorry for keeping the hubbers in the dark, I thought it was enough when I said they will replace them. But thanks for all the interest and the input, I really appreciate it. Just a sign of the passion that drives Bikehub.

We had a problem with our black friday order. Picked up the phone and spoke to Melanie Willemse.

 

All sorted.

Thank you have mailed her and other with attached info of pop and order. If nothing back by this afternoon will then call her .

It was a perfect storm at CWC during the Blackout Friday debacle

 

I'm surprised not more furious customers showed up in Hubville

people are too scared to post here...even if they didnt foul mouth cwc ?

I don't understand people.

 

I have built up a very good relationship with my LBS by supporting them over the years.......so much so that I don't have to wait for some sale to get discount, I get a much better price any day I phone or walk into my LBS than I would ever have got at a CWC Sale.
