Did a 3 day mtb loop around swartland and weskus back home, 180+190+210=580, was a couple of hot days

Finished on 518 and 1350 for the month. That's about 400 more than what I usually do in a month.

Done. 503km, all on my MTB. Time for a beer. Maybe a snooze, then a beer. Maybe a few beers.

I must say that it was a great way to get some motivation for a period when I usually just eat, drink and snooze and just don't feel like riding.
