Oh well.

We will then just have to have lots of beer on ice in the camp.

It will be good heat training for my one boy who is doing the XCO at Slanghoek the following weekend. Guess who is doing 2 laps in the early afternoon?

My thinking is do my opening lap, and then sit it out till about 6pm and then do the bulk of my laps, provided I'm not too full of Gin by that time.

My son begged me that he wants to do the Le Mans start. Also will mean he will have open ST and not having to lap slow riders on the ST.

Only if he's a fast runner...

I've always found solo to be easier than riding in a team. You get to ride your pace, with your thoughts for company, and no pressure about performing for the team.

Given your track record in this event I don't think you would be the one under pressure to perform for the team!

Drop me message if you don't come right

OK, I have registered as team captain, and we did the EFT tonight. Apparently I need to then invite team members, who will then get e-mails?

If you did a EFT,  Amarider will need to confirm your payment first unfortunately, As soon as that is done, you will be able to invite team members, and each will need to enter and purchase extras etc if need/want.

If was by CC , you should find your team under dashboard/teams and invite button is there.

Team members will get email with link on they just click to enter , if they don't have profile, they simply register and enter .  if already profile, login and enter.

Is the fun team size really 5? Cant we enter 3 as a fun team?

5-8 ... but nothing stopping you entering as 3 solos and doing it as 'n team, you can then even ride together on track (not allowed if you team mates), but lap count will be per solo, but who cares :)

Or get another member and do mixed /open team of 4..

Hmm my son is only 15, but he rides on his school MTB team. The website says that sols must be 18...
