"Trust me, it's not loaded."

It's probably off-topic, but would qualify partially as the worst piece of advice ever.....

Followed by "don't worry - I turned it off"

Dealt with someones arm that got caught in an industrial paint mixer last week....  didn't go well for the lad cleaning the mixer....

In a former life I used to audit food manufacturing plant. Came across some cleaners within a vessel which was in-service without the usual bells-and-whistles of safety procedures required. After removing them from the vessel, I had a 'chat' with the control room staff, who were adamant that as they knew the cleaners were in the vessel that nothing would happen to them (!). Behind the control room staff was a rather fancy automated control computer which was happily working it's way through a recipe which was about to step-on to drown the cleaners......... :nuke:

Had one a couple of years ago with a powder mixing machine that got turned on with someone inside.... not sure what they expected me to achieve at all after a chopper ride to site - mince does not work well for sculpture....

(sorry - black sense of humour)

Any advice administered in a matter-of-fact tone.

And any advice administered as instruction.

Any advice from someone whom can not ride a switchback.
