Like I said before, I have done my fair share of public participation, and a lot of that involved cellphone towers. People always bitch and moan that they do not have signal or their calls keeps dropping, but propose a cellphone mast close by, and all hell breaks lose. They want the cellphone masts, or schools, or houses .... but NIMBY
