Saturday: kiddies party at Spur. Sunday: 5hr lightly oak smoked grass fed brisket, in red wine with potatos on the Cobb and honeyed Chelsea buns based on a hot cross bun recipe. Pack of blitz set alight + whole bag of briquettes + 60mins wait with Choc Block + Peppered Fillet for me + Angel fish for the missus + Lamb wors for the worsie puppies, a few bottles of red = all better!
