I have a SLX 12 speed shifter that fixes to the brake lever with ispec EV,...and I wish to swop that for SLX / Deore 12 speed shifter with bar clamp.

Does anyone want a project bike for you for free? I have quite a rough yellow and blue Trek 1000 (55cm) that I bought from a dealer here on Le Hub, the thing needs lots of attention IMO. Here's the list of items which are wrong with it but everything is repairable, I just don't want to go through the mission of doing it: 

• Front chain rings are bent or something is wonky
• The brake pads are worn
• The bike has a Sora 2x8 groupset but the right STI doesn't appear to be working. Or that's the only thing they mentioned to be wrong with it - very good condition (I believe to be their words on the ad)
• Both wheels have a hop in them, not just to be trued, they look to have hit a pothole or fell off a cliff

You will need to add bar tape and tyres as well. The bike is free of charge to whomever wants to collect and or pay for shipping

Im looking eight a broken shifter lever or just the spring that goes inside the shift lever. This is a Rival CX1 shifter (Right side). I have tried springs from other Sram shifters but the not the same.

It won’t be something you’ll be throwing away but I’m looking for a GX 12 speed RD and shifter to buy if anyone has upgraded to AXS and has the mechanical stuff sitting around 😊
