Seriously does no one care about their bikes/bikeracks obscuring their car registration numbers anymore? Also numerous bikeracks with blank spaces where the numberplate should be. There was a time when traffic cops (especially around Knysna) loved to write fines for this. Guess they found something more lucrative...

I am sure we will be hearing about those complaining about tickets received, I was pulled off once (luckily with a number plate being displayed) and the officer indicate that they do write quiet a bit of tickets for missing / obscured plates

We drove from Paarl and stayed in Vleesbaai last night, tonight in Sedgefield, then leaving at 04:00 for registration in Uniondale. Pulled my back running around on the beach with the dogs yesterday. Klapped a panamor for goodluck but still feeling it. Hopefully better by tomorrow. See you guys in Uniondale!! Can't remember the last time I was this excited for a race!

corrie.kuilder Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 Had an awesome day out,started C,finished in 4:55:00,after a snapped chain,taking pics and just chilling/having fun. Hands-down one of the best races I have done, no incidents I heard of,lots of route assistance. Well done to all the finishers
