Does Piet Mondrian then have the rights to the modernist square design which is awfully reminiscent of his 1930's art?....i guess LOOK also owes Mondrian money then for plastering his art all over their logos and bikes my 2c

Vetplant Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 It might be far fetched to make a fuss about a sock pattern design, but I do think Woolworths are missing an opportunity by not utilizing local suppliers for these types of products when we can have them adding that value inside of the country. Get around a table and discuss a price and product quality that satisfies both parties and presto you grow Sexy Sox to a major manufacturer. Think retailers are very quick to jump on the China train to get their goods in on the cheap, but at what cost to our country.
