If you continue Solo you have to wear the outcast jersey and you cannot interfere with the racing. So Jaro will not be able to help any of the spez teams AFAIK.

He replaced his front wheel at the tech zone on the live broadcast

Not really any climbs that can create a deficit I think, so it will have to be 20 seconds here and there on the quick single track if they want to make it up.
