I use it with my FNB card and it works very well.

If only more merchants used contactless payments. If you want to use a card, at least you can do the chip/pin thing if they don't use contactless, but if you only have your watch, you're packing your stuff back on shelves it seems.

I am having difficulties linking my Standard bank card to Garmin pay. I get to the screen where it says that a verification code has been sent to my mobile number but I never receive anything.

Has anyone else had the same problem? If so how did you resolve it?

About 90% of points of sale now have "tap-to-pay" option, thus Garmin pay works just fine. But YES ... you quickly know which outlets dont tap ....

I still have my wallet, but am using my watch more and more .... looking at the reaction of shop staff this clearly is still new in SA

FNB and Discovery Card both work. Not sure about the others

Discovery Banks works and the link remains stable.

Struggled with Standard Bank as the link between Garmin Pay and SB vanishes at times.

I've been using Garmin Pay for the last year and won't go back to lugging the bulky wallet around.

Google says FNB, RMB and Discovery.

Bearing in mind it is VISA and Mastercard ... so easy for other banks to follow ...

With the drastic rise in tap to pay many other banks may follow soon.
