i tried calling the buyer yesterday with no luck.

also sent him whats app message telling him id like to chat with him,no reply.

 

I think he has stated that he has moved on and accepted it for what it is.

If I was him, I would have blocked you now on Trucaller and Whatsapp anyway.

OP, please present evidence that the bike was in the state you say it was, and invoices or details from whoever fixed the lefty etc. 

 

The seller (JF - not his buddy) doesn't appear to have ever disputed the poor condition of the bike... he's even said he is willing to make amends for it (now) so I assume that the OP's claims can be accepted as accurate.

 

His only claim is that his buddy has moved houses, changed his phone number, shut down his email account and he's forgotten his name - all so his buddy can avoid accountability for this situation.
