I think only the relay and U23 races will be available to us on Youtube. We might find the main events are also Geoblocked.

DSTV is our only hope, but I don't see it on their schedule either...

Surely its all on red bull

It's interesting to see how Greg always distances himself from the rest of the SA athletes.

hahahaha does he do it on purpose or because he is really set up over there?

My uncle has won World Champs Kona age group IM a number of times and he says the fact that he pays his own way he would prefer to organise everything himself as ASA/CSA/SASCOC usually balls it up completely and you pay anyway for the balls up.

Might just be easier for him to get his head right away from the humdrum of excited first time world champs also rans.

We expect him to podium, he expects himself to podium so the experience is somewhat different to those on a high class school tour with little to no consequence

Remember, all the Saffas there are there on their own buck. Self-funded. Greg still has The Syndicate looking after him. The whole crew that supports him at the World Cups would still support him at World Champs.

It's not that he distances himself from the "team", it's just that his usual crew is still supporting him.

Isn't that what I said? If not, it's what I meant to say.
