Route could still start in Albertville but take main valley road to Moûtiers, skipping Cormet and the Col du Tra'With today's technology cant they just stick them all on smart trainers and have them ride the whole route as a virtual race

Roll the dice and go hammer from the start but some how JA being french and having a podium spot in paris in his grasp might override that.
