This guy trained 2/3 days a week this year. I'm sure it's his diet.

The same diet that made you bonk? Funny that he is the only one with the massive gains.

So much contradiction confuses one.

 

Well, in my case pretty much no meat for a month now. Save for a boerie roll before World Cup. Eggs an cheese though.

 

I believe I sleep better an my HR has come down slightly. Do get lus for crisps an slap tjips now an again so weight is the same. Still Unlikely to win at Kona or an F1 race anytime soon.

 

Will continue til Christmas an take it from there.

Any thoughts about sufferfest and zwift, if it works for you or what you use?

My brother has 10 email account which he uses to sign in every now and again to get the free trial for 15-20 days I think.

I'm assuming you don't ride on a trainer at all, so you got offended when I talked about an exercise program.

You assume wrong.

 

There is a whole big bikehub out there with dedicated threads about all sorts of topics, just like this is a Veganism thread.

 

But anyway, let me not get into an argument with a teenager on the internet.
