The bottle is rather posh. Quite.

Think I'll snag someone's empty and top it up with my regular stuff. People will think I'm posh with more money than sense. Little will they know.

Play mind games and claim it's 'only' for races. At 0.5 to 1.8 races a year I should be covered.

Kind of like how a housemate years back had and empty Glenfiddich whisky bottle. Topped it up with basic Bells. Braai evenings with everyone thinking they're larney.... ja bru

Sounds like the kind of person that would put ENVE stickers on a set of Chinese no name carbon wheels

Is it as good as this.

I had an interesting chat with a bike shop sales staff members and owner who both you and me know around this lube.

Apparently those riders who are on their branded e-bikes could really feel the difference in the lube ... ja freaking right.

It is also meant to be much thicker "to stick to the chain better" ...... ja ok.

I walked out with the regular bottle of lube that was fairly cheaper per ml than the e-bike specific stuff.

This was all the shop had when I needed lube. It's not the worst lube in the world but it was a bit messy after a very dusty ride.

I noticed zero difference even with my legs putting down e-bike levels of power at least 90% of the time.

It is also meant to be much thicker "to stick to the chain better" ...... ja ok. so they added more tackifier to make it more sticky and used a more viscous oil. <oh i love to science the ***8 out of this>
