Hi,

i'm looking for a reputable bit fitter in JHB.

i'm in lonehill/Fourways area but happy to travel for someone good.

i had a fitment done years ago and have pretty much stuck with that.

but as time has passed i am fairly certain my fit would have changed and i'd like to make sure its 100%

is it worth shelling out for the camera bike setup available at Cyclelab?

I was happy with cyclefit when I had my setup done there a few years ago. They are based in Northcliff and I will make use of their service again.

Do not have experience with the facalities at Cyclelab.

I would highly recommend Marco @ Cycle Fit in Northcliff. A good fitting is the best investment you can make in your cycling!!

thanks, will give Richard a call

He goes to Mellow/Melo (?) Velo once a week. Thats out your way.

He's brilliant. I went last week. He uses all the gadgets, but also his own eyes so its really thorough.

Most importantly, Richard uses his technical skills and years of experience for which there is no substitute.

Any fitment software or system is only as good as the person using it. Cameras or a basic old school plumbline.

In jhb go to Darryl Fitzgerald or Craig Uria

To a point. You can't measure lateral knee movement, back angle, hip-shoulder-wrist, pelvic lift, ankling or a host of other metrics without decent equipment.

Eyeballing it can solve basic issues.
