has there been an outcome yet? if so I missed it but if the event is CSA sanctioned then judging by the current trend of Cycling in SA that is a definite DQ,

I guess if 2nd place was so far back it wouldn't have made much of a difference then I wouldve applied the same, kudos to her and whoever had to make that decision.
